We are a team of horticulturists, designers, makers, and master craftspersons headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri.  Founded by a husband and wife team, Morten Klinte was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark, and traveled the world, during which time he met his wife-to-be, Kasey L Riley, an American (living in China) in Malaysia.  

Our travel taught us a great deal about design.

Travel continues to enrich our perspectives as we study the diverse cultures, architecture, and design aesthetics around the world. It allows us to draw inspiration from various landscapes, colors, textures, and materials, ultimately enabling us to create more eclectic and unique design concepts that reflect a broader cultural and global awareness.

Our work utilizes Danish design principles of minimalism, simplicity, functionality, connections to nature, and human-centered design to create spaces that prioritize the needs and well-being of people.
